Editor's Notes
The Taimi is a slingback sandal with crisscross straps across the vamp and an elastic slingback strap that holds your heel without requiring constant adjustment. The mid-height block heel (roughly two to two-and-a-half inches, depending on size) offers enough lift to feel polished without tipping into special-occasion-only territory.
This shoe works for women rotating between business-casual offices, client meetings, and dinner plans who'd rather not change footwear three times in a day. The block heel distributes weight more evenly than a stiletto, and the strappy upper reads dressier than a basic pump while still pairing easily with trousers, midi skirts, or tailored dresses.
The tradeoff: open straps mean this isn't an all-weather option, and if you need serious arch support for long stretches of standing, you may want to test the fit first. But for someone building a warm-weather work wardrobe around versatile, low-drama pieces, the Taimi earns regular rotation.
