This is a knee-high leather boot built for actual winter conditions, not just the aesthetic of them. The waterproof exterior handles wet snow and salty sidewalks, while the wool lining provides insulation that synthetic fleece can't quite match. The shaft hits just below the knee on most wearers, offering coverage that works with both jeans and leggings.
It's designed for women who spend time outside in winter, whether that's a snowy commute, dog walks in February, or weekends at a cabin. The leather upper gives it enough polish to wear into the office, but the traction sole and functional warmth mean it earns its place during months when fashion boots won't cut it.
